Sigh, I realized the other day that it had been well over a month since I’d blogged anything… I suppose I should correct that…

So what’s been going on for the past month, let me explain… no, there is too much, let me sum up…

• “Un-falling” for someone sucks, even when you realize that it’s for the best and that, though she’s wonderful, you really wouldn’t have been truly happy together.
• Falling for someone new and infinitely better for you is wonderful, unless you’re an idiot like me and either try to hard, or not enough, or both at the same time (a true feat), or take things too personally and assume that every change in her emotions is your fault… even when you know full well she has much more important things to deal with than a stupid boy with a crush…
  …but even then, it still feels good to care… sigh, maybe one day things will actually work out for me in this department… :-
• Work… yeah. It’s interesting, the more time consuming and stressful work becomes, the more fulfilling it seems to be when the day is done… So if that holds, I should be really damn fulfilled for the next couple months…
• New projects (more about this later), while a drain on the old credit card, are an excellent way to boost sagging spirits… and to get your proverbial geek on… :)
• Late night drives/walks are wondeful things. Sometimes they’re just what you need to clear your head, and sometimes they’re just what you need to revive your sense of awe and wonder and the beauty and mystery of life…

So yeah, that pretty much covers the high (and low) points, I think… Ah well, back to work…
